Hi, I’m Jessica and I know what it’s like to feel unprepared. For years, when our accountant asked for financial information ahead of tax season our family was never ready. My husband and I would sit for hours on the couch with months of backlogged transactions from his business trying to make sense of his financials. I knew there had to be a better way and a few years ago took it upon myself to alleviate that stress for us and now I am ready to do the same for you.
My goal is to ensure that your business is ready for whatever is next. I can help you finally feel in control of your finances, quit stressing about taxes and start paying yourself more so you can have financial freedom(plus that island vacation you’ve been dreaming of).
In addition to easing financial worries, professional experience includes technical consulting, technical writing, project management education and software education. I live in Fort Collins, Colorado with my husband and three boys. Favorite past times include performing in local theater, loutdoor walks with friends, and cooking yummy things.

We are based in Northern Colorado. Being a virtual service, we work with clients throughout the United States.
You started a great business doing something you love! You don’t want to stare at a computer screen for hours, imputing data, keeping financial information organized and preparing for taxes. Information is organized using QuickBooks Online and I use Zoom to communicate with clients. Depending on your needs additional programs may be added for services like document management, receipt management, AP/AR services etc.
Rates vary depending on the nature and complexity of your business. After an initial consultation, we will meet and review a proposal regarding your needs and pricing.
No problem! Owners come to me with months or even years of work needing to be done. I know the financial side is overwhelming, the minute we start working together you’re no longer in the mess by yourself. Be Ready will be there every step of the way to get your finances cleaned up and caught up.
